DHTML popup 1.0 - Non modal DHTML popup

Standard JS popups stop scripts execution, as long as they are visible. This popups (with OK and OK/Cancel buttons) can be i.e. displayed with onLoad event, while the rest of the page continues to load.

Popup window is movable,
you can bind custom functions to buttons,
there can be only one popup on the screen.

It is red, because I needed it red. I'm sure everyone will be able to fix it.

Popup must be called from BODY section - it fails if you call it from HEAD.
myOk, myCnc parameters are optional. Just leave them empty if you don't want to bind your own code to the buttons.
